Can I view before purchase?
Absolutely. Our Alexandria showroom is open by appointment and our Surry Hills Pop Up is open Thursday - Sunday for walk ins. If there is a specific item you would like to view it is best to check in advance where it will be located.
Where is ReStory by ReLove located?
ReStory by ReLove is located in Sydney NSW. We work with customers to ship items nationally and internationally. Items are available to view by appointment please reach out to shop@relove.org.au
We currently have a pop up in Surry Hills at 422 Cleveland Street.
Do you have a logistics partner for large items?
We do not have a specific logistics partner. For large items we ask our customers to select their preferred freight company. We are happy to coordinate with you on this please reach out to shop@relove.org.au
Are your items second hand?
The majority of our items are second hand or dead-stock from manufacturers. If you have questions about the condition of an item please reach out.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
