Shipping and Collection

At ReStory, every piece is one-of-a-kind. Because our items vary significantly in size and weight, shipping is managed separately to ensure your new treasure is handled with the care it deserves.

Local Pickup
If you are nearby, you are welcome to collect your item yourself.

• Location: Our main warehouse is located in Alexandria, Sydney NSW
• Timeline: We have limited space so once purchased we endeavour to have your item ready for collection within 3 business days, you will receive an email notification when it is ready for collection.
• Next Steps: Please arrange collection within 7-14 days upon notification.

Professional Delivery
For larger items or those further away, we recommend using a professional removalist.

• Cost: Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price unless stated.
• Arrangements: Buyers are responsible for booking and paying their preferred courier directly. We recommend getting a quote before finalising your purchase.
• Our Partners: We have recommended shipping partners for Greater Sydney, Melbourne Metro and Brisbane Metro. If you require a quote we are happy to obtain one on your behalf please reach out with the item and location you would like it shipped to shop@relove.org.au
