Raffle tickets are $10 each, with all proceeds supporting the work of ReLove and ReStory.

RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions: ReStory Raffle Supporting ReLove
1. The Promoter
The promoter is ReStory by ReLove, an initiative of ReLove (ABN: 81 697 523 924). All proceeds from ticket sales go directly toward ReLove’s mission of supporting people in crisis.
2. Key Dates & Deadlines
- Raffle Starts: April 1, 2026.
- Raffle Closes: 11:59 PM, April 30, 2026.
- The Draw: The winner will be randomly selected on May 1, 2026.
- Collection Deadline: The prize must be collected by no later than May 29, 2026.
3. Entry Requirements
- Tickets are $10.00 each.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Entry is open to residents of New South Wales.
4. The Prize
- The prize is one (1) unique, second-hand chair by ReStory.
- The item is provided "as is." As a refurbished vintage piece, it may have character marks consistent with its history.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or credit.
5. Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified via the phone number or email address provided at the time of purchase within 24 hours of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, ReStory reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6. Collection Logistics (Mandatory)
- Location: The chair must be collected from the ReLove warehouse at 2/10 Bradford Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015.
- Transport: The winner is responsible for all costs and labour associated with the transport and collection of the chair.
- Final Date: If the chair is not collected by May 29, 2026, ReStory reserves the right to forfeit the prize or charge a storage fee, unless prior written arrangements have been made.
7. Liability
- ReLove and ReStory are not responsible for any damage sustained to the prize during or after collection/transport by the winner.
