10—Celebrating 10 Issues of The Local Project

Since 2019, three issues of The Local Project magazine have been published each year. Each issue represents a curated selection of architecture and design, featuring new work from both leading and emerging local architects and designers as well as select older projects. Compiling the highlights from the first 10 issues in a single volume of 500+ pages, 10 offers a concentrated insight into the very best architecture and design of Australia and New Zealand.

Structured chronologically, the book features the very best architecture and design from the first 10 issues, including Waterview by John Wardle Architects, Cabbage Tree House by Peter Stutchbury Architecture, Redwood by Chenchow Little, Waiheke House by Cheshire Architects, La Scala by Richards & Spence, Bunkeren by James Stockwell Architect and many more.

All products listed are secondhand. We have selected only the top quality items for this store.

Our definition of product conditions types are:

Excellent : Like new condition.  No noticeable flaws

Good : Good second hand condition.  This is a pre-loved item.  It may have some imperfections and flaws, like small marks, signs of general use. The item is in good functional condition.

Needs love : Noticeable signs of wear can include deeper scratches and worn surfaces. Some may be perfect for re-upholstery.

Click and Collect is available for all orders from our Alexandria warehouse.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping at this stage, however if you wish to have your order delivered, feel free to arrange your preferred logistics partner to collect from our warehouse. 

Once you are notificed that your order is ready it can be collected from our Warehouse between Monday - Friday between 9am to 3pm. 
RETURNS

If the item is damaged or not what you expected, you have 24 hours to notify us and 7 days to return the item to our warehouse for a refund.
